My journey to where I am today began a long time ago. Growing up in a broken home set me on a lifelong search for meaning.

My struggles with depression and anxiety began early in life. Lacking a strong male presence, I started taking martial arts classes to fill the void. Years later, I joined the U.S. Coast Guard, made a lot of mistakes, and confronted my demons . After years of inner work and deep study I realized what I really needed was structured way to integrate the suppressed parts of my personality. I couldn't find what I needed anywhere, so I decided to create it.

What is Inner Fire Quest?

Inner Fire Quest is more than a coaching program. It's a rite-of-passage for men that integrates the four key masculine archetypes: the King, Warrior, Magician, and Lover, by merging the structured progression of a recovery program with the psychology of masculine archetypes. My goal in the beginning was simply to help myself. However, I realized I developed something that can benefit a lot of men, a roadmap for masculine initiation.

Any man can benefit from this life changing program. However,  men between the ages of 18 and 55 are specifically being called upon to rewrite the rules of mature masculinity.

Inner Fire Quest utilizes a powerful framework called the 5 Endeavors. The 5 Endeavors allows you to address the specific challenges associated with your archetypal shadow. This program integrates the strength of community through weekly men’s groups, and a structured protocol that aligns with your unique life journey. Through this synergy, you can tap into your potential and transform your life.

The Promises of The 5 Endeavors

When you work the 5 Endeavors you will see the realization of 5 Promises.

1. The Promise of Stability: We will realize that we are no longer victims of chaos or aimless stagnation, and a new sense of internal order will replace the drifting that once governed our lives. We will find that the constant noise of our anxiety has been silenced, replaced by a calm presence that allows us to remain centered even in the face of confusion.

2. The Promise of Direction: As we align our lives with a purpose larger than our individual egos our fear will be permanently replaced by a spirit of faith. We will discover an inner resource that provides us with a clear sense of direction and the hope needed to navigate the challenges of a world in transition.

3. The Promise of Integration: By honestly facing the hidden parts of ourselves and the denial of our own past, we will stop being puppets to unconscious impulses and false personas. We will no longer be driven by a desperate need for the approval of others or the fear of criticism, but will find the courage to stand firmly in the truth of our own authentic character.

4. The Promise of Mastery: We will develop the ability to create a vital gap between external events and our internal reactions, allowing us to meet every crisis with disciplined clarity and strategic insight. We will realize that while we cannot control external circumstances, we possess absolute sovereignty over how we choose to think and act in response.

5. The Promise of Generativity: Our lives will shift from a self-absorbed search for personal significance to a state of abundance where we find our deepest fulfillment in serving the common good. We will realize that by bringing right order to our world and blessing those around us, our own inner vitality burns brighter.
